J & J Distributing Company was founded in 1967 and has been a leading supplier of leisure products ever since. Their founder William Watson began their company as a vending machine distributor located near downtown Cincinnati. By 1969, J & J Distributing Company saw a demand for a reliable local swimming pool and billiards table distributor. William Watson promptly integrated these items into their product offering and they soon became the city’s largest supplier of swimming pools. They have consistently sought to understand and cater to the needs of their customers, always expanding their product offering as customer needs evolve. Over time, their stores have spread across country, even online, and they have changed their name to Family Leisure to better communicate the familiar, caring, and relaxing atmosphere that they cherish.
