JuJu Quotes, Nov. 10

Read what JuJu Smith-Schuster said on November 10…

Q: It seems like these last three games have been a bit of a breakout for you, what has led to this success?

SMITH-SCHUSTER: “I just think just playing fast and then playing with one another. As you guys can see, the more and more we get into things our offense, it pretty much shows.”

Q: After dealing with some injuries last year and a little this year. Do you feel like you’re in better shape than maybe you were?

SMITH-SCHUSTER: “Yeah, for sure and I think definitely just playing – you know our offense is so hurry, hurry up offense – the conditioning and everything all works its hand.”

Q: What do you think the learning curve has been like for Kadarius Toney? You did it yourself in the offseason, what is it like?

SMITH-SCHUSTER: “I think he’s doing great. First week he gets here he’s in there as you can see. He was making plays for us, and I think as time goes on, you’ll see him obviously in there more making more plays but as far as him learning, he’s coming along, you know a long way, but I would say that he’s very smart. He’s good at what he does. He knows how to get open; he knows spaces, so that’s good.”

Q: You’re on a one-year deal. How open are you to staying in KC?

SMITH-SCHUSTER: “I would love to stay here, to be honest. This offense is unbelievable. Coaching staff is unbelievable. If it was up to me, of course. Why not? Get to play with one of the best quarterbacks in the game, so yeah.”
