Sports Radio 810 WHB Contest & Promotional Information

 

Eligibility:

No purchase necessary. Listeners may win one prize per household every 30 days. Employees of Union Broadcasting, their families, participating sponsors, are eligible to win.

Prize Claims:

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days at Union Broadcasting office, during business hours or time given.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours prior to claiming prize.  You’ll be notified prior if exception applies

At times winners could be asked to present a valid Drivers License  and sign a release form if needed.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Taxes and Forms: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes for certain prizes won.

It’s the winners responsibility to acquire & complete all forms if needed.

Cancellations & Sponsors:

Union Broadcasting is not responsible for canceled  or delayed events along with the distribution of tickets from another party.

Use of Likeness:

All entrants consent to Union Broadcasting using their name, voice, or likeness for on air &  promotional purposes.

Liability:

By accepting a prize, winners release Union Broadcasting, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to prize use.

Rule Changes & Copies:
