Asian Style Burgers | 6 Servings:
1.5 LB Ground Chuck 85% Lean
1/3 cup minced green onions
1 TB Pureed Ginger
2 TB Soy Sauce
Black Pepper to taste
2 cups Alfalfa Sprouts
4 TB Yum-Yum Sauce (Japanese Sauce for Chicken, Pork, Beef, Seafood and Veggies)
6 Hamburger Buns
Directions:
• Mix together the ground chuck, green onions, ginger, soy sauce and black pepper
• Combine thoroughly and then create burgers and allow to rest under refrigeration
• Grill burgers to medium well. Allow to rest 2 minutes or so, place on bun
• Add alfalfa sprouts to top of burger and brush on yum-yum sauce to top piece of bun
• Add top bun
** Goes great with a Asian Style chopped salad with light Asian Vinaigrette
