Brad Porter

    Porter became a fixture in Kansas City sports media, as an Emmy-winning reporter and sports anchor with Metro Sports->Time Warner Cable->Spectrum Sports from 1999-2017.

    Porter hosted the highest rated show on the station, the Chiefs “Red Zone” post-game show. He covered every major sporting event important to Kansas City viewers including two World Series runs with the Kansas City Royals, Final Fours with the University of Kansas basketball team, MLS Cup with Sporting Kansas City, multiple Major League Baseball All-Star Games, as well as covering the University of Missouri, Kansas State University, UMKC, and hundreds of high school games and dozens of state championships.

    Porter is a proud graduate of UMKC, and Rockhurst High School.
