LIVE Transfer Talk: Inter Milan's Achraf Hakimi on Paris Saint-Germain's radar

With most of the major European seasons now complete, the rumour mill has been sent into overdrive as clubs ponder their moves ahead of what will be a busy transfer window. Check out the latest gossip below, and see all official deals here.

TOP STORY: PSG weighing move for Inter's Hakimi

It has been widely reported that Inter Milan could be at risk of losing big names such as Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez this summer, rumours that have not been helped by the departure of Antonio Conte.

And Fabrizio Romano has now added to the list, suggesting that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Achraf Hakimi, who only joined Inter last summer.

The journalist has stated that talks between the two clubs have already begun, but Inter are demanding more than €60 million if they are to let the 22-year-old wing-back move in this transfer window.

There could be a threat to PSG signing the Morocco international, as last year's deal taking him from Real Madrid to Inter included a clause stating that Los Blancos have a right of first refusal.

This means they can match any move that the Parisians make if they decide to do so, though there has not yet been any contact made by the Real Madrid board.

Seeing Hakimi leave would likely be a blow for Inter, as he made 45 appearances across all competitions in his debut season for them, returning seven goals and 11 assists.

They may have won the Scudetto, but there could be some trouble ahead for Inter in the transfer window.

21.18 BST: Tottenham forward Steven Bergwijn could be on his way out of the club this summer, according to De Telegraaf.

Bergwijn was left out of Netherlands squad for this summer's European Championship after a disappointing campaign in north London. His omission from the national team is likely to see him want to kickstart his career elsewhere, and Ajax are reportedly interested in signing him.

The Dutch publication claims that the Eredivisie champions are willing to pay around £12m, but Spurs are holding out for a deal closer to £21.5m.

20.31 BST: The agent of Vivianne Miedema has said her client will remain an Arsenal player amid reports she could secure a move to Lyon this summer.

The Guardian had previously claimed Miedema could be part of a swap deal that would see England international Nikita Parris move to north London. However, Miedema's agent has played down the rumours and told Dutch newspaper AD: "Vivianne will remain, as it looks now, at Arsenal next season. That is her last contract year."

19.44 BST: The Sun reports that Tottenham are keen to begin official talks with Paris Saint-Germain on Monday in a bid to bring Mauricio Pochettino back to the club.

The newspaper claims that Pochettino has fallen out with PSG sporting director Leonardo and if he returns to Spurs, the Argentine will look to persuade Harry Kane to stay for at least one more season. Spurs are confident that Pochettino is the person who can convince Kane to stay although the club have set their sights on Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins and Southampton's Danny Ings if their captain does leave this summer.

18.56 BST: Barcelona look set to bring in competition for United States international Sergino Dest after Emerson Royal confirmed he will join the club from Real Betis this summer.

Barca signed Emerson from Atletico Mineiro in a co-ownership deal with Betis in 2019. However, they have an option to sign him outright this summer for a fee of around €9 million.

Speaking while on international duty with Brazil, the right-back has revealed Barca have told Betis they plan to take him to Camp Nou this summer, where he already has a contract until 2024. "I know Barcelona have spoken with Real Betis to communicate that they want to bring me back," Emerson said. "From July 1, I [will be] a Barcelona player and my desire is to fulfil the three-year contract I have there.

"For me, it's a dream to play for Barcelona. And that chance has arisen thanks to hard work, dedication and my evolution at Betis. I am really happy."

Emerson, 22, made 38 appearances for Betis this past season and will compete for the right-back spot at Barca with Dest if the Catalan club decide to make the Brazilian part of the first-team squad next season.

18.11 BST: There's been some talk of Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt leaving Turin this summer, but the Dutch defender has no intentions of heading to the exit.

"I am very happy at Juve," he said when asked about the possibility of joining Barcelona in the future. "I feel like a fish in water. Despite the team performances being less, I feel good on the pitch and appreciated.

Would [Juventus] let me go? There are plenty of clubs that have money problems, but you should ask the club."

17.15 BST: Thomas Tuchel has hinted that he is ready to commit his long-term future to Chelsea after leading them to their first Champions League final in nine years.

The German replaced Frank Lampard in January and helped the club secure a top-four finish on the final day and could steer Chelsea to a second Champions League title with a win over Manchester City on Saturday.

Tuchel only has a year to run at the end of this season but the Daily Telegraph reports that Chelsea will consider an extension of another two years.

When asked whether he wants to extend his deal ahead of the final, Tuchel told a news conference: "This is very easy. I'm just so happy to be here. I have never felt so good since I was in Mainz and this feels like the perfect place and the perfect moment.

"I'm so happy to be here, so whatever will come will come. We cannot force things, but, of course, this is my point of view and this is very clear."

16.46 BST: Barcelona club president Joan Laporta believes that the chances of renewing Lionel Messi's contract when it expires next month are increasingly realistic.

"Contract talks are going well but they're not done yet," Laporta told a news conference. "We're working hard to make a good proposal that is within our means and we hope he will accept it. Our relationship is very good. Messi loves Barca.

"I am sure he deserves more and could get more elsewhere. I am convinced he appreciates the effort we're making and I think he's excited with our sporting project. I have always said, it's not a money issue with Leo, it's about winning everything. I am moderately optimistic."

Asked what has changed since last August, when Messi expressed a desire to leave, Laporta said: "Me. I am here and I think Leo likes that. Now he has a president that really wants him to stay."

15.56 BST: Both of today's Champions League finalists, Manchester City and Chelsea, are among the clubs linked with interest in Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane. But that's only if the England captain can pave the way for a move out of the club at all.

15.09 BST: David Alaba's impending arrival at Real Madrid (see 09.00 BST) comes amid doubts over the future of both of the club's first-choice centre-backs.

Negotiations over an extension for captain Sergio Ramos, who is also out of contract this summer, are deadlocked, while Raphael Varane's contract is due to expire in 2022.

Varane, who has been linked with interest from Manchester United, has told reporters that he is putting thoughts of his future on hold as he prepares for France's Euro 2020 campaign.

"This is not the time to talk about my future," he said. "I am focused on the selection, on this Euro. It is normal and logical to ask the question and for my part it is normal and logical to focus on the upcoming deadlines. We are all human beings. We can think about it.

"As for my personal case, I am focused on the objectives that we have in the France team, it is not a subject that I will discuss every day in my room at Clairefontaine. I am focused on my goal, and now is not the time to discuss it. If I have to talk about it, it will be directly with the people concerned."

14.16 BST: Juventus see Paul Pogba's return to Turin as "the real dream" this summer, reports Calciomercato.

The 2018 World Cup winner is entering the final year of his contract at Manchester United, with no indication yet of an extension.

The Italians' chances of signing Pogba have been boosted after Massimiliano Allegri returned to replace Andrea Pirlo as the manager. Pogba enjoyed a successful spell under Allegri in Italy before moving to United in 2016 for a world-record fee at the time.

The Calciomercato report also claims that Juve forward Cristiano Ronaldo could also make a stunning return to Old Trafford, although Paris Saint-Germain are also monitoring his situation.

13.29 BST: Manchester City are ready to allow Raheem Sterling and Riyad Mahrez leave the club this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

Sterling, 26, lost his place as a regular starter towards the end of the campaign and the Premier League champions are willing to listen to offers for the England international.

Despite scoring three crucial goals in City's semifinal win over Paris Saint-Germain, City are also ready to offload Mahrez if the right deal comes along.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing both players with manager Mike Arteta coaching them during his spell at the Etihad before moving to north London.

12.40 BST: Major League Soccer has handed Inter Miami CF a $2m fine -- the stiffest in MLS history -- over violations of the league's salary budget and roster regulations.

Along with the $2m fine to the club, MLS levied a reduction in allocation money of $2,271,250 spread out over the 2022 and 2023 seasons. With a total available to spend of $19.155m across those two campaigns, the allocation money penalty amounts to 11.9% of Inter Miami's salary budget during that time. The league also issued a personal fine of $250,000 to Inter Miami managing owner Jorge Mas.

MLS announced in March that it would be investigating the signing of midfielder Blaise Matuidi over whether it complied with the league salary budget and roster guidelines. The investigation found violations involving the player categorizations of Matuidi and former Miami defender Andres Reyes, as well as the underreporting of salary budget amounts for players Leandro Gonzalez Pirez, Nicolas Figal and Julian Carranza. None of Inter Miami's players were the subject of the investigation, committed any violation, nor were aware of the violations.

While the fines are significant, the allocation money penalty amounts to a major blow to Inter Miami, and should significantly impact the team's ability to field a competitive roster.

11.58 BST: After Liverpool announced on Friday that they had signed defender Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig, what can Premier League fans expect to see from him next season?

11.21 BST: Manchester City defender Eric Garcia says his decision to join Barcelona is a "brave" one with the signing expected to be announced after Saturday's Champions League final.

Garcia, 20, is out of contract at the end of the season and sources confirmed to ESPN earlier this year that he has an agreement in place to return to Barca, who he left for City in 2017. Barca president Joan Laporta said on Friday that there will be "signings announced next week" and Garcia is expected to be among them.

"I have thought a lot about my future; about what I think is for the best," Garcia told L'Esportiu. "I think it's a brave decision [to go back to Barca]. I am convinced I have made the right one."

Garcia's return draws parallels to Gerard Pique's, when he returned to Barcelona from Manchester United in 2008. However, Garcia said the comparisons end there, while also taking a cheeky jab at City's rivals.

"I don't fear [the comparison] but I don't give it too much importance because I think we're different players," he added. "Gerard has won everything and is one of the best centre-backs in the world. I am 20 and just starting.

"The only possible comparison is that we're both from the [Barca] academy and moved to Manchester, but he went to the team that's not as good... I have been lucky to play for the best team in Manchester. It's a shame for him!"

10.28 BST: Ashley Young's representatives are in talks with Watford over a return to the club where he started his career, Sky reports.

Young is set to leave Inter Milan this summer are turning down the offer of a new contract. The 35-year-old made 26 appearances in Inter's Serie A title-winning campaign.

Watford will be playing in the Premier League again next season after achieving automatic promotion from the Championship, finishing eight points behind winners Norwich City.

Young came through the youth ranks at Watford, before going on to spend four years at Aston Villa and then nine years at Manchester United.

09.43 BST: Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to prioritise his summer signings with plans to have a net spend of up to £150m, sources have told ESPN's Rob Dawson.

This is despite United wanting to work on options to strengthen five areas of the squad.

United will make money available for new players during the transfer window but with the club still recovering from the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the spending is set to remain measured.

Work is being done on the recruitment of a striker, winger, defensive midfielder, centre-back and right-back although Solskjaer has been told the aim is to sign three first team players ahead of the new season.

09.00 BST: ICMYI -- Real Madrid have confirmed the signing of David Alaba on a free transfer on Friday.

Alaba, 28, a versatile defender who can play at centre-back, full-back or in midfield, joins the La Liga club with his deal at Bayern Munich expiring this summer. The Austria international has agreed a five-year contract at the Bernabeu and will be presented at the club after Euro 2020.

Alaba made his first-team debut for Bayern in March 2010 and, except for a brief loan at Hoffenheim in 2010-11, has spent his entire professional career with the German giants.

He has been a key figure in one of Bayern's most successful teams, making more than 400 appearances for the club, winning two Champions League trophies -- including in 2020 -- 10 Bundesliga titles and six German Cups.

- Barcelona have been heavily linked with various free agents in recent months and Mundo Deportivo is adding another possible recruit to the list in the form of Gianluigi Donnarumma. It has been announced that the Italian will be leaving AC Milan when his contract comes to an end this summer, and Barcelona aim to bring him in as competition for Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who has suffered from knee problems. Juventus are also said to be interested in the 22-year-old.

- Juventus will be looking to strengthen their midfield in the summer, according to Calciomercato. It is suggested that Sassuolo's Manuel Locatelli is their priority, though Manchester United star Paul Pogba, who has one year left on his contract, is also seen as a dream signing. If they can't bring in the Frenchman, Juventus are said to see Udinese's Rodrigo De Paul as an alternative.

- Fabrizio Romano has reported that Barcelona are willing to let Philippe Coutinho leave this summer. The Brazilian has struggled with injuries this term and it is stated that Arsenal, who have been linked with the midfielder in the past, are not interested in signing him.

- If Simone Inzaghi completes his expected move to Inter, Stefan Radu could come with him. The 34-year-old defender will be out of contract at the end of June and has so far been unable to reach an agreement with Lazio to extend his deal.

- West Ham United have told centre-back Fabian Balbuena that he can find a new club when his contract comes to its culmination at the end of June, according to Football Insider. This comes with the suggestion that the Hammers are hoping to sign a top defender ahead of their season in the Europa League.
