Chad Rader

OFFICIAL HOST BIO: Born and raised in Lansing, KS, Rader graduated from Lansing in 1991 and the University of Kansas in 1996. During his time at KU, he worked for four years at the Lawrence Journal-World, covering high school, NAIA and NCAA football and basketball. Afterwards, he served as the Asst. Sports Editor for the Emporia Gazette in 1997.
Rader fulfilled a childhood dream when he was hired by the Kansas City Royals in 1998 in the media relations department. Eventually he developed kcroyals.com and served on MLB's committee to migrate all team sites to the current portal.
Following four seasons at Kauffman Stadium, Rader worked five years as an Army contractor, setting up computer simulations in Japan, South Korea and numerous military installations. A bit off the beaten path, but Rader still designed websites and wrote on a freelance basis.
Back in the game, Rader serves as a contributing writer for 810whb.com, as well as the Manager-Website Content and Marketing, overseeing many new additions ahead for 810whb.com
